Our vision is for all of our local and wider communities to have access to yoga classes tailored to their needs.
Our mission is to empower our community through access to the health and wellbeing benefits of yoga, irrespective of economic, cultural and health barriers.

Yin Yoga is a cooler and slower yoga practice and serves as a compliment to our fast-paced lives.
Chair Yoga
Chair yoga allows you to find mobility and movement in a way that is gentle and accessible.It is a yoga practice that is supportive whilst still being beneficial for health. It can help strengthen the muscles and increase energy flow.
These classes will aim to give you confidence to move your body in a way that is helpful to you. The movements, poses and breath work are all adaptable to your individual experience and will aim to offer a relaxed and enjoyable approach to health.
