Creative & Contemplative

Through a year-round programme of creative, contemplative and wellbeing activities we will establish safe spaces where wellbeing skills are shared, creative expression is given the time and space to flourish, and participants are able to slow down, reflect and share their own experiences.

We are a not-for-profit organisation working to support the body-mind wellbeing and creative flourishing of our community. With the help of funding partners we can offer events that are affordable for all, whilst still being able to pay practitioners fairly.
